Testimonials

'Voice Dialogue has become by far my favourite process with clients. There is no other methodology I know of that does what coaching promises with such ease; helping the client to find the answer inside.

'Through facilitating the client's energies or voices, confusion is quickly dismantled, compassion for self is found and inner clarity emerges. The resulting insight can be used in a more traditional coaching conversation to help inform next steps and commitments.

'John is an amazing Voice Dialogue facilitator and a wonderful teacher, I can't recommend training with him highly enough. Mastering Voice Dialogue will transform the way you coach.'

Nadjeschda Taranczewski - Psychologist,
Master Certified Coach (MCC)

'John Kent's mastery over the teaching and facilitating of the Voice Dialogue process is an art that I have experienced both as a client and as one of John's students in completing his Voice Dialogue facilitator training.

'I cannot speak highly enough of John in both capacities. As a facilitator he is a master and as a trainer he balances encouragement and penetrating insights with a light touch and humour that, for me, accelerated my learning.

'Voice Dialogue has a flexibility of use that I find natural to incorporate into Executive Coaching. The method, in my view, is different from and resonates with Transactional Analysis; The Gestalt paradoxical theory of Change; as well as Behavioural Coaching and Ontological Coaching.'

Mike Heneghan - AoEC Advanced Executive Coach

'We are very pleased to recommend to you the teachings of John Kent. We consider him to be an outstanding facilitator and teacher of Voice Dialogue and the Psychology of Selves. We are very pleased that he is now running programs in London after his many years of travelling around the world as a management consultant. He is very bright, very organized and very knowledgeable in our work. Besides all of this, he has a wonderful sense of humour that makes the work and learning fun.'
