"Who am I?"
The first step in answering this question is to realise that the singular "I" we believe ourselves to be is in fact made up of many different "parts" or "selves"..... or "voices".
Voice Dialogue gives us a simple, safe way of exploring this inner multiplicity. It allows us to see which aspects of our psyche we identify as "me" and those we judge as "other". It helps us create a place to stand between opposing selves in which new choices can arise.
The second step involves inquiring into the nature of the clear, open space in which all the selves appear and with which they are known - in other words, into the nature of consciousness itself.
